Today Ellie went to Nonna's house for an Ellie & Nonna day. When I picked her up she had adorable artwork inspired by Monet's garden {pics to come}.
Ellie went on to tell me that Claude Monet is an artist who lived in France. She told me how he liked to paint flowers and water lilies. Then she flipped through a book and told me all about five or six paintings.
Her little brain is a total sponge! The most amazing part is that the Ellie & Nonna day was only from 8:30-11:30 am. And now I feel like a total slacker!
No, don't feel like a slacker! Just feel grateful for that wonderful influence in your child's life. Your girls are so lucky to have those special days with their grandmother.
