You can birth them, nurse them, and on and on and on but they still won't say your name first. Ellie woke up on her 6 month birthday, looked right at Ryan and said "dada."
I have been saying Mama to Maddie for months and last weekend this is what I got for all of my efforts.
Let's see...#3 is almost 14 months and is just NOW starting to say Mama. Dada? No problem. The kid can even say "umbrella." But Mama? Once in a while he'll throw me a bone. Ingrates!
