Tiny Prints Business Cards Review

While getting ready to attend my first social media conference - the amazing Bloggy Bootcamp put on by the SITS Girls - I knew I was going to need business cards.  Whether you believe your blog is your business or not, how else would you be able to keep track of all of the new faces and url's?

When I need high quality stationery products, the first place I go is Tiny Prints.  You might remember that I used Tiny Prints for last year's holiday card and Ellie's Hello Kitty birthday invitations.  As expected, when I pulled up their page, one business card was cuter than the next.  {note:  I was going for cute, there are also super professional ones as well}

Since these cards were to be used for The Little Style File, Betsy and I emailed back and forth about our favorite cards and finally made a list of our top five.  Here are a few we loved

 {for those looking for the super trendy QR code}

Drum roll please........

Our card.
We loved the friendly message that popped on a clean black card.  The best part?  The Little Style File logo was centered on the back.  There were ooohhh's and aaahhh's all day long, just the impact we were looking for.

Disclosure:  Tiny Prints provided the cards for this review but all opinions expressed are my own.

Caution: Potty Training in Progress

Madeline has pretty much mastered the art of not peeing in her pants, pretty much, so she has moved on to help those less fortunate.  Like American Girl dolls.  Mads is generous with her time and extremely patient with her trainee.

Bless the 23 month old who potty trains herself.  If only every parenting milestone went this smoothly!

Hot Dog!

 Check out our little guy on the beach.  Please pardon his shaggy look, the groomer's been booked for weeks!

Our first baby loved the beach and sand.  He even hopped in the water and did a bit of the doggy paddle for the grand finale.  He's already looking forward for his next trip to the beach house.

Pablo Pic-Ellie

It's birthday party palooza over here!  One of Ellie's favorite parts of getting ready to attend a birthday party is signing her name and decorating the birthday card.

She has writing "Ellie" down.  Then usually she draws a smiley person holding balloons on the left hand side.  So when last week she said, "This is a Hello Kitty card so I'm going to draw Hello Kitty!" I gave a nod and continued to try to get us ready to leave.

When I walked over to assist with putting the card in the envelope, I was shocked at what I saw.

Dude!  That's freaking Hello Kitty!  In this particular card HK is sporting a hibiscus flower instead of her predictable hair bow.  But there she is, whiskers and all.

How have your kids surprised you lately?

Most Embarrassing Moments - 4 Year Old Edition

We've been swimming a ton lately.  Almost everyday.

The best part of having a potty trained kid is putting them in their suit and then tossing a cover up over them and hitting the road.  Then there is the almost potty trained (!!!) kid.  You must bring them in their clothes with diaper/training pants and then put them into their suits when you get there.

This makes packing the beach bag a little tricky.

In the bag goes sunscreen, towels, Madeline's bathing suit, hair brush, swim diapers and undies for Ellie.  Pay attention to that last part - undies for Ellie.

So I might have one time left out Ellie's underwear.  I felt bad about it but had a dry bathing suit in the car so she slipped on clean bikini bottoms and we went on our way.  But the next time I forgot them?  That went something like this:

Oh, Ellie, I'm so sorry honey, I forgot your undies.

AGAIN?!

Yes, but it's okay.  Put on your dress and you can sit on your towel.

I can't believe you forgot them again.  How could you do it, Mama?

I'm really sorry.

I hate this!

What?

I hate this being in a bare bottom!  I'm four years old.  I'M FOUR YEARS OLD!  This is embarrassing!

It will be okay, no one is going to know.

I just hate this being in a bare bottom.

{exit left off deck in a huff}

Then Ellie and I burst into laughter.  But those undies have made it into the beach bag every time since.

Another ounce of cheese.

Madeline crawled up into our bed and pretended to sleep next to Ryan.  That's her thing these days.  Crawling into a 'big girl bed' and pulling down the covers, then snuggling deep into the pillow.  It makes me anxious because a) we do not have a convertible crib and b) they claim to want bunk beds.  But even though where Mads will lay down her cute little head after she makes her big crib escape could keep me up at night, it's ridicuously cute.  Which is why I tried to capture it on video.

Here's what I got instead.

Mads, Honey, we've been over this.  There is the camera and there is the VIDEO camera.  The above is why I do not have a candid, spur of the moment video of Madeline from the last three months.  But we have loads of CHEESE!
