Today is a big day. A HUGE day. A jam packed, super full, need a nap at 8 am day. Here's what's on tap:
Madeline Claire is 2! TWO! How did that happen? It seems like a blink ago Ellie was two and Mads was still in my tummy. The funny thing about Mads being two is that when you ask her how old she is she says, "Three!" You can say, "No, two!" but then you're just getting yourself into an argument that you're never going to win. Either way, Happy Birthday to my Madeline Claire!
Ellie's first day of Pre-K (don't you dare say preschool, she will have your head!) is today! She is super excited and my stomach has much fewer knots than it did this day last year.
The Little Style File has launched! Betsy and I have been hard at work for months to get this together and we are so proud of this site. I hope you all will head over there and subscribe so you won't miss a thing we have planned. Trust me, there are big things planned!
Also today is Madeline's evaluation for First Steps to see if she still qualifies for therapy and a birthday dinner at Red Robin. Phew, I'm exhausted!

The Scoop
Here's the scoop. For the last few months, Betsy and I have been hard at work creating a new lifestyle site, The Little Style File. It launches Tuesday, September 6th.
Not only will The Little Style File be a one stop site to get style inspiration for your kids, but we will also feature real kids, inspirational moms and offer custom personal styling for your family for your next big photo session or event. If you know a cool kid, amazing mom or are in need of styling services, please send us an email at info@thelittlestylefile.com, send us a tweet or find us on facebook.
Now for Ellie-Town. When I decided on a whim to start a blog in January of 2010 I had no idea the support, friendship and amazing opportunities that it would bring. It has been a fantastic journey and one that isn't coming to a complete end.
Starting next week Ellie-Town will be going private and http://www.ellie-town.com will take everyone directly to http://www.thelittlestylefile.com. If you would like to stay up to date with the adventures of Elizabeth and Madeline, please shoot me an email at kristin@ellie-town.com and I will add you to the list.
The really good stuff - birthday parties, etc. - will be on The Little Style File but the more personal stuff will be private. My goal is to continue writing about my girls so I can one day turn Ellie-Town into books for them so they will have a record of it all, whether they want it or not!
