Potty Training 201

Potty training.  Been there, done that.

About to do it again.

But with a different kid, we are going to need different strategies.  The second one?  She is asking to sit on the potty.

Sure, nothing happens while she sits on the pot reading her Potty books.  But she's asking.

Can you believe how expressive her little feet are?

And she is super cute with her bed head and old man style pajama top.

What are your potty training strategies for an eager learner?

Late afternoon update:  WE HAVE POOP IN THE POTTY!

  8. my strategy with potty training is to ask him ever 30 minutes if he has to potty adn take him to the potty with me. and take him after he drinks a big cup. but its not working so well he is not training as well as i thought he would seeing as how he is also eager to train im your newest follower from the monday blog hop please come on by and follow me back http://punkrockmomma.com

  9. I always waited until my kids were close to 3 and asked. Once they started there was no turning back and we were done within a week...night and day. I love the little feet, so sweet!
I am visiting and following from a Monday hop.

  12. go Mads! She makes sitting on the potty look adorable! Dylan likes to sit on the potty but that is about it...nothing happening in the potty!

  13. Well, go her! My daughter is 18 months old, and we just got advice from our doc to bring in the chair and books. Do you mind sharing what books you like? I think we're going to struggle a little with mine, since she JUST learned to walk.
