I can get behind 'wear red to school day' and we're all about 'bring in your recyclables day' but 'bring a bug to school day'?
Not a fan.
Regardless, meet our new friend.
This little guy snuck in after Oxford's walk. We are so thankful he did. It's been raining here for days and we thought there was no way we would be able to hunt for a bug. Our last ditch effort was going to be to catch a worm. Yes, a worm is not a bug but we were getting desperate.
I guess the one plus to bring a bug to school day was that the bug volunteered himself. Good luck to the preschool teachers who will have 35 kids and 35 bugs in their classes tomorrow.
somehow i think that might not be my favorite day either. those are some brave teachers!
ReplyDeleteewww! Those teachers are nuts! LOL! In this rain they should of had bring a worm to school.:) Mia is obsessed with worms!
ReplyDeleteCame by from MOHTH... Love this. Can't imagine being the teacher with that many bugs in class! LOL. My little ones love bugs; we have them in Gladware containers as pets sometimes...
