Ellie's school has been discussing recycling for the past two weeks. Yesterday at nap time she said:
Mama, can I take this garbage, I mean recyclables, to my room for quiet time? I would like to reuse them and make a convention.
There is now a sculpture made from an Annie's Organics mac and cheese box, an empty water bottle, an empty Via box and paper residing on her nightstand. It looks like it's going to be there for a while. She is super proud of her convention.
Today we are off to see the Big Bunny so look for lots of Easter photos soon!
Oh, how I love this child! She absolutely made the male sales clerk's day in Sephora yesterday. I should have counted the "I just love her"s. She was so excited when he packed her a little shopping bag with goodies. I think she had him at the bunny ears. :)
